Yes, all signers must be present. Signers must also understand what they are signing and must be signing the document of their own will.
Can you notarize documents for someone who is elderly or disable?
Yes! We specialize in working with seniors, including those in hospitals, assisted living, and nursing homes. If a signer is unable to physically sign, they may use a signature by mark (X) or direct a notary to sign for them.
Is there a fee for mobile notarizations?
Yes, in addition to the notary fee there is a separate fee for traveling to your location.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, ApplePay, and Cashier’s Check. Personal checks are not accepted.
